1. Acceptance
By using ClawPulse, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
ClawPulse is a SaaS monitoring and analytics platform for OpenClaw instances. The service includes telemetry collection, dashboards, alerts, reports, and team management.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Creem.io. Free trials are available for all plans. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, not to attempt to circumvent plan limits, and not to interfere with the operation of the service.
6. Service limits
Each plan has specific limits (number of instances, team seats). Exceeding these limits requires upgrading your plan.
7. Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance downtime will be communicated in advance. No guaranteed SLA except for the Agency plan.
8. Intellectual property
ClawPulse and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property. We do not acquire any rights to your data.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms.
