1. Data we collect
ClawPulse collects the following data: account information (email, name), operational metrics from your OpenClaw instances (CPU, memory, latency, error rates, tokens consumed), and billing data processed by Creem.io.
2. What we do NOT collect
We never collect the content of your AI agent conversations, your end-user data, or the prompts and responses processed by your OpenClaw instances.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to: display your monitoring dashboards, generate alerts and reports, manage your subscription, and improve the service.
4. Storage & security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our database is hosted on Aiven (secure cloud infrastructure). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
5. Data sharing
We never sell your data. We share data only with: Creem.io (payments), Aiven (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting).
6. Data retention
Telemetry data is retained for 90 days. Account data is kept as long as your account is active. You can delete all your data at any time from the settings page.
7. Your rights
